4. Products & Pricing
All products listed are pre-owned children's books imported from the United Kingdom. Books are inspected before dispatch. Minor signs of wear, ownership inscriptions or library stamps may be present on pre-owned items and are considered normal.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices, availability and descriptions at any time without prior notice. In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via our payment gateway (PhonePe). We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and wallets supported by PhonePe. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Orders with incorrect details may be delayed or cancelled.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or stock unavailability.
